sorry for late post...
i am semi-leading my wife and her friend (runners) on a 10 mile out and back... well, they will do a 5 mile out/5 mile back run... i am going to ride :) if you want to run, you are welcome to join - with the hills, they will prob be 10min/mi. ave... if you are sane, you will join charlie and i on a nice consitant ride...
but we are leaving from the syc. lot on central around 8, not rite aide lot...
post, all we will wait :)
